People don't stop being people just because it was 30 year ago. That being said I grew up with this show and loved it but I'm also not gonna make believe this show wasn't offensive and nearly go canceled multiple times over being offensive.
With the joke on top that those who cry about cancel culture are canceling stuff they dont like for ages whenever they got a speck of influence anywhere.

This is one of the very few MWC episodes where the live studio audience is absent. Scenes with Marcy/Mandy would have taken too long to film (changing clothes, hair, etc.), so they just added laugh tracks.
They use laugh tracks all the time, for example, every time there is a reveal in editing that a studio audience would be seeing the entire time, you know, like the old, "he is standing right behind me, isn't he?" joke.

Well, South Park is still there and they offend on purpose. MWC would sure gather a lot of audience, that means money. So I still have hope that someone will come to his senses and make a reboot.
