Majestica songs..."Above the Sky" official video and I do love "The Joy of Christmas" but it's a little more laid back with fewer over the top vocals than some of his others. He is not just a guitarist and a singer, he plays bunch of other instruments as well, piano, drums, some said somewhere violin, etc true multitalented instrumentalist, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he has an absolute pitch, and ofc plus hard work!

In a way Im mourning that he is leaving my absolute favorite band Sabaton... on the other hand, what will he not accomplish down the road in the future. It will be a privilege to follow and listen to him, whatever he does.
The first time I heard Tommy Johansson was singing "Rise Again" with Symphony of Tragedy, a project that sadly ended in 2020. Until then I only knew him as one of the guitarists of Sabaton. That led me to Majestica. Once he is finished with his commitments to Sabaton I assume he will be involved with Majestica again.
Tommy is great, like others has said, Above the sky is a great first song, another one is his cover of The light by Majestica, 20 years celebration, a song he wrote when he was 14-15 years old and make a rebirth to it last year. Tommy loves music and that’s what shows in his covers, Music is one great cover and to see the more funny side, Nu grönskar det, a Swedish song for welcoming the summer based upon music by Bach. He is not only an exceptional singer, he is also an absolute exceptional instrumentalist; I have rarely heard a better one on the guitar. He has announced that he is leaving the band Sabaton to devote himself to his solo career, it will be exciting to see!
I'm so glad that you reacted to this cover by Tommy. This song is actually on my "overexposed/overplayed" list, but Tommy brought it back to life for me. I have to say that's something I love about covers; the right artist can 'redeem' a song for you that has become stale. I only found Tommy because of his cover of Winner Takes It All, one of my all-time favorite songs that I never tire of. Tommy is the first artist since Home Free that has brought so much joy and new musical interest to my life. If you want to hear his low end, listen to his cover of Sound of Silence; an emotional performance dedicated to a friend who died young. It's hard to go wrong with anything he's done.

Above the Sky with Majestica is really good. The ReinXeed song (Majestica’s former name) The Light he did a 20 year celebration to that song on his channel. Any song on Majestica’s A Christmas Carol album but the Joy of Christmas is so beautiful and Ghost of Marley is a really good song with a great video and you will also hear Chris David in that, he also has a great voice. Tommy’s favourite on it is Ghost of Christmas to Come (if I remember it correctly). And when we talk about Chris and Tommy together check out Murderer in the Skies on Tommy’s channel. And for Tommy’s more tender voice A Sound of Silence, The Price and There is No Easy Way Out. I think those 3 are my favourites together with O Helga Natt. Ave Maria is also stunning.
German here, most people I know do have a tumble dryer. While it is preferred to hang clothes to dry since electricity is way more expensive here than in the US, it isnt practical for everyone. You shouldnt hang clothes to dry indoors when its already humid as you are risking mold and not everyone has a garden or balcony or good weather when theyre doing laundry. Also to me towels feel very rough when hangdried, so I always tumble dry those, too.

In the area .. that’s why I like the kareoke ones the most I’ve never had that happen to me when I’ve been at kareoke in Falun (( for some reason the paper towel over the mic in “ stand I ljus” does not screen “ technology) ( granted I have not been to the exact place that Tommy’s at in these videos)) .. It seems that when one of the classically trained tenors do high notes then it's all ok. But when a "rocker" does it then it's just unbelievable. Have you ever considered that we might be trained too? Do never belittle rock singers. We might have different training, but MAYBE better training to endure months and months of touring.

@@Granfoss I’m really not that knowledgebl. In the area .. that’s why I like the kareoke ones the most I’ve never had that happen to me when I’ve been at kareoke in Falun (( for some reason the paper towel over the mic in “ stand I ljus” does not screen “ technology) ( granted I have not been to the exact place that Tommy’s at in these videos)) .. I’m pretty convinced that there is no such thing happening at that kareoke bar ☺️
@@Maria844Eiva Yeah. A singer that sucks can’t be helped by auto tune anyway. Just correct the small wrong pitches. But he’s talented! 😊
It seems that when one of the classically trained tenors do high notes then it's all ok. But when a "rocker" does it then it's just unbelievable. Have you ever considered that we might be trained too? Do never belittle rock singers. We might have different training, but MAYBE better training to endure months and months of touring.
