Only way I can get my kids to eat egg plant is to cut it into round slices and turn it into a bite size pizza slice. I have been having a super hard time finding vegan shredded cheese. My local grocery store has the vegan slices and I love them. Oh my niece and I made that recipe you sent me for Thanksgiving and OMG it was sooo good. I gave my hell laws ( yeah I don’t like my in laws hence the hell part) and didn’t tell them it was vegan. They loved it and then I asked them if they like vegan type foods and they said GROSS NO. I died laughing and said well you just ate vegan 🤣🤣🤣
