Hi guys! Just wanted to reach out and thank you for revitalizing my motivation to be outside and living life and being healthy again. I have a lot of training to do to get back into shape (I am at 315 now, but I was 330 about 2 weeks ago when I started watching these Beat Monday vids) but I feel like I'm on my way. Cheers, guys!
if you guys ever redo it, you have to include Beehive Trail on your way up from Sand Beach. It’s not the most impressive, but it’s a nice change of pace with iron aides along the way,
