    Ingredients and recipe:
    Welcome to my channel!
150g all purpose or bread flour
    4g baking powder
    Mix well
    230g Greek yogurt
    Mix well
    15ml olive oil
    Knead the dough
Cover and rest for 15-20 minutes
Sprinkle some flour on a work surface
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces
Shape each piece of dough into a ball
Cover and rest for 15 minutes
    After 15 minutes
    Take a piece of dough
Flatten it with a rolling pin
    The diameter is about 18cm
    Medium heat
Place the dough in the pan
    Flip over
Fry until both sides are golden brown
The inside can inflate with air!
    It's super cool!

We, in India make this kins of fluffy roti (Indian bread) without adsing baking soda or yogurt. We use whole wheat flour to make it. Indian females are trained to make it for their family EVERYDAY 😊

I think the recipe is incorrect, it shld be 230g flour and 150g yogurt instead of 230g yogurt and 150g flour.

We make this in Albania with a little difference we make a hole in the middle for preventing air inside and we fry in vegetable oil piercing it everywhere with a fork while frying 👍 tastes delicious 🤤

Thank you my dear. I love that you put a board over your bowl when resting the dough and not plastic wrap. 🏅🏅🏅

One tip from India :)) if you want this to taste like naan bread, replace olive oil with Indian Ghee (clarified butter), about half a tea cup melted, add half a cup of unflavoured Indian or Greek yoghurt, while kneading the dough and add some minced garlic (optional) and chopped coriander. You will love it.
