    Is call queuing available on the starter plan?

    We have a custom greeting set but the generic one is still being used. Idk what we're doing wrong or why it's not accepting this greeting. What I've noticed is the personal greeting works with the dialpad number but not the "main line" number. Further confusing.

      I resolved the issue but this it's not very intuitive. I set up a greeting for 'depts' which was making the call go directly to VM bc we don't have 'depts' set up. Deselecting 'depts' made it ring until the 15 seconds allotted and then it went to VM.
