Everyone I know had their pandemic funk set in early, But as a 911 Network Guy for my whole state I stayed busy the whole time . I'd actually worked the hardest and been the busiest ive ever been. . I might have worked too hard.. Cause things have slowed and tailed off to a normal Level.... All the pandemic woes plus the overwhelming amount of stuff that is unique to the Chaos i call life finally caught up to me. My funk finally set in. Everyone around me has gotten past it and used to things... Depression is already a tough road.. when everyone that leaned towards me for help when they were low is telling me now "Get over it, WE did" that rough road take on a Loneliness unlike any id known before. I found myself starting to get rid of all my things so i could go find a slow bend in tracks and let that first train that comes decide for me where im going whats next in life. Pat changed my life once , so before i made a series of regrettable decisions i buried myself in music again. I sit here Today with deeper understand of Pat and my familiarity with DnD and Je-C turned into newfound and renewed love for them. The music carried me through again this time with Je-C and friends at the helm. Just now hearing you guys belt out "I am a loser, I am satan i am jesus christ, im me" was the first time in a year at least that a genuine smile came across my face, the first time i felt like i was going to get through this without sacrificing who i am and be able to do it while staying clean. I wasn't even gonna say all this.. I started to type something... And these are the words fell out my brain instead. IM still; fighting the urge to hit that cancel button... but i reread what i wrote. And its all genuine. So im gonna leave it. before i go Je-C Whitney Meg Geoff there s a part of me that feels it important for you to know just how much you've done for me (alot to unmeasurable degrees) and undoubtedly many other by being who you are and doing what you do. This honestly goes out all the musicians that are part of this. Names I don't know or cant remember. You are all friends I haven't met yet.
