Charming, beautiful, and lovely!! The little village-like shops are enticing to see. Gorgeous views of the East and West Ends in the distance in the valleys. A truly beautiful area!! Enjoyed!!
Highgate is a beautiful town. You really can't beat the cemetery, especially Karl Marx. Kenwood House is beautiful with amazing architecture and pictures. The views are something else. My great aunt lived on the 12th floor of a block of flats. The views were amazing especially if you went on the roof. The only problem was it moved in strong winds. We watched the orginal Alexander Palace burn. The houses are very expensive. There are a couple of large estates being reduced. I go over to the Highgate houses for sale if I can't find anything in Muswell Hill. It just isn't Muswell Hill which also has views and shops. It's not as big as Highgate but it's still very nice.
What a great video Steve. It just never ceases to amaze me how many parks, lakes and ponds are in London. We cannot wait to arrive and visit places we missed last time 😀Also, we just happen to have Highgate Cemetery on our itinerary. The history of the cemetery is so incredible and really spooky. Highgate will be our third London cemetery to visit. We've been to Brompton and Fulham

So funny as that is where I am hoping to get to for filming tomorrow - weather permitting! R=They must have been incredible views from there :)
