What is your favorite and best mop/vacuum combo? Is it this one? Also, what has the best app ? Another question: Does this or other vacuum/mop combos automatically detect an area rug so it does not mop it?
Great question, I might not be the best suited to answer the question as other has tried every robot and app, but from the few I have tried I do like Narwal's the best. Clean looking interface and it is easy to use and navigate. When you map out the home it does automatically make the carpets and rugs and by default sets to cross off them and it knows not to mop them. You can change it to Power Up when it goes onto rugs so that it will vacuum, but it still knows not to mop the rug and picks up the mop pads so it doesn't touch.
The bad thing about this vacuum is that the robot doesn't carry a water tank itself...it means it'll take longer than others to mop a big area (like if you have big houses) as it comes back to the base to get the mop wet pretty often.
Also to clean the mop*. If you have one that fills a little container but doesn’t clean the mop while it’s running the robot, you’re just smearing dirt and liquids.
I picked up the Freo X Ultra about 6 months ago and love it, though it has issues traversing/cleaning higher pile carpets which we have in our basement and bedrooms. Do you know if this model will be able to handle higher pile carpets than the X Ultra? If so, I'll likely pick 1 or 2 up.

That dirt detection mop demo was 🤯 no other robot vac can do that
Wow, they really put a lot of work into this. Never considered them before but might give this one a try.

That's a good question. I'll have to get a rug like that and try it out.
@@TechWithBrett I believe I read it in the owner's manual. There was a page on cleaning carpets.
Can't wait to come in my country!
This will be a life changer to us
Great review 👍
Does this one wet the mop pads as it mops or does it have to keep going back to the dock like the last one?
It keeps going back to clean the pads, refill them with water and add more detergent.
Watched a few videos of the new rig, totally time to replace our Deebot.
This is huge leaps forward.
Doesn't look like those front brushes lift when they encounter wet areas such as spills.
Sadly, they are not available in the UK and have no pricing. You didn't showcase the side dusters for side skirts.
Oh bummer. Unwanted to focus more on the cleaning inside of the room where my kids make the most mess. It is nice it comes with a bunch of those.
How much?
how does it perform at night
It still works great. It has a set of LEDs it turns on to see objects in low light.
@@TechWithBrett i’m talking about like complete darkness my other robot has a flashlight that will cut on
this dosent have 2 brains it has 3!
Wait it has eyes?
Eye like cameras. It can actually see what it is about to vacuum or mop

Paying attention to which Xbox is what matters.
