Disclaimer; I’m a huge Nemophila fan. Sure they and many metal bands produce a ballad on each album, but this one really hits home for me. I don’t know the exact lyrics either as I don’t understand Japanese. However, the cinematography leads us through the emotions. Mayu, initially wrote this song for her son who turns 2 this month. Happy birthday little one! 🎂. Nemophila is now a four piece group and this is their third song specifically composed for the new formation. G.O.D. Is their first one and is completely different. That one is far harder and closer to the metal most of us are familiar with from the band. Nemophila has always been a very diverse band and this simply illustrates the point. Love the ladies. ❤️🌸
You can tell just from the video that the song has to do with family. Mayu has 1 child, Tamu Murata has 2 kids. 3rd song released as a 4 piece, I like seeing Mayu with a guitar. More of a ballad, It's your first one from them, but not their first. "Life " from the 1st album, and "Odyssey" from the 3rd album are a couple others. For something else totally different from them, try "Style".
