I asked the same question about Fredrik Meltzer. I did google and found out Fredrik Meltzer was a Norwegian civil servant. That indicate a historical intervention in a fictional universe. But I believe Donald Duck, Sven Korner, Violeta, Fredrik Meltzer etc simply are literary fictional figures.

Saw them the first time on stage in 2002-3 ... In Bø Telemark. Their big breakthrough and tv coverage came about one week later. Was cool :)
