They shouldn't change the rules, instead ditch ring dips and invent movements where you can't kip or use any kind of technique to rid yourself from using raw strength. Deadlift on a non bouncing surface and iron discs, now THAT would define whos the fitter/stronger one :D

I like how they have trained for years for this and still are having a hard time not doing those movements, which are ofc not even done correctly. Can any of them actually do that many dips with correct form? And what are those plates like 5kg each? Not dissing them or anything, but if i were to be called fittest on earth i sure as fuck would do my shit correctly. Such a aweful sport promoting jerking and twitching movements.
the idea is to get up and get through it no matter what it takes, the fact that they couldn't use proper form means that they were working so hard just to get what they got, I would really like to see you beat their time with completely proper form, or crappy form for that matter. GobbleMikeHawk I have been a power lifter for 8 years now, i bench 405 an squat 600+. But ive also done this crossfit. Its not the weight or exercises that lkill. its doing all this for a time. Anything fast can hurt and casue you to drop all form and stamina

I know crossfit is about but i just think its silly to train for years and years and to not do something correct, just to save time. I don't frown upon the sport or what they CAN do, i just frown upon them not doing it correctly. Because the paradox is, they have judges that give them "no rep" even if its sloppy from the get go. If your not muscular with proper biceps or proper six pack abs(forget about those small tiny lines on your body that look like a ribcage) im talking about a totally rock hard six pack abs or you do not have a proper strong muscular physique then you are not fit and do not have a proper form meaning you need to go back to the gym and get the proper fitness form with that muscular look. Women or girls who are not muscular but say they are fit are kidding themselves and do not belong in fitness.
