I'll give my .02¢, for what it's worth... I really like the Pixar animation style. If you're going to go for the human look, you're much more attractive than any AI version. 😊
I know some tools will. I haven't tested it to see what it can do with real images. But I can tell you that if you upload your own photo to ChatGPT, it's fun to have it describe you and then make images from that.
