A useful tutorial for novices, it's nice that you put a list of mods under the videos;) I downloaded some of them that improve the gameplay. Antistasi is for me the best scenario I have ever played in Arma! I'm currently playing WW2 Staszow, it's great, best regards.
I´ve never played Arma, bur all the Antistasi videos make want to try it, but is possible to personalize the factions and their gear/weapons !?? I didint want the futuristic stuff from Arma 3, but like 2000s stuff and start whit like Cold War weapons, like a Thompson instead of that weird 9mm pdw and maybe HK G3/Fn Fal.
Yes, check the website for the guide. It lists which mods provide different factions. I've done both WW2 and Cold War campaigns as well as various modern flavors.
Hey there just seeing this now , i am a gamer with disabilities (learning/mental health challenges) and have been struggling for over 2 years so far to get started on arma 3 with my xbx sx and steam cntrlrs but more so use my xbx cntrlr so recently clued into buying a chatpad attachment to my cntrlr and managed to make great progress with that only to run into problems with my multi usb port adapter 😅 so just waiting to hopefully get one by monday when i get paid , but also recently aquired a proscroller mouse wheel and middle button 😊 , is there a mod that could work possibly for a rotating compass template and mini map of some sort with an option for gps guide direction on screen at all times, also being dyslectic makes it extremely difficult to also read and coordinate a map at times to if not then oh well but if we get to use reaper drones from time to time that would be cool , ill just have to find suitable workable mods to use with antistasi for compass on screen and better map functions etc.. as well 😊 hope all is well
If you have a GPS equipped you can have that up on the screen. I think it's Right Ctrl + M by default. If you have a compass equipped you can glance at that by holding K or have it up full time by double tapping K. Have fun!
Hi. Hi. When I create a LAN server and start the game the option to configure addons is greyed out. I only get a notification to log in as admin. Do you know where the problem is ? Without that it will run my map but without missions.

No, you start with unlimited ammo for primary and secondary weapons. Select your uniform or vest, and then you should have ammo options. If not, then you may have a mod conflict or something.
I would recommend going through the tutorial and maybe some of the campaign to get used to the controls and interface before trying something complex like Antistasi
Can you save games when playing Anistasi as a single player? Im unable to find any indication that I can do this and after playing for 12 hours, it would be a shame to have to start all over again for my next session

If you're new to Antistasi I highly recommend reading through the guides as I suggested in the first 60 seconds of this video. The reason I made this video is because people ask questions like this that are easily answered by just reading the beginner guide. Antistasi is complex with a lot of game mechanics, but it will start to make sense if you read the guides. Good luck with your campaign!
ArmA is very complex so it's impossible to say without knowing more details. Start with only loading the Antistasi mod and once that works you can start adding other things. There is support available on the Antistasi Discord. Also check the guide on the website. Links are in the description.

I notice that if I enable the Contact DLC, my map changes to the point where it can no longer do Antistasi things. That's bad news bears. Any suggestions, because I'd rather have the content enabled. There's some good stuff in it, and, well, I paid for it lol.
It's hard to describe but I'm sure you understand what I mean when I say each cDLC adds a sort of "theme" to all the UI elements from server selection to the map. When the Contact DLC is on, I have a few icons on the extreme left and right (notes, underground, etc) and can't use the map to see resources, pop, etc from Antistasi

@@solution777 Troops in a garrison will save and respawn. High command and personal squad troops do not. You may get refunded money and HR for those.

@BrandonS-lk2qc Don't enable Contact at the ArmA 3 launcher. Check the Contact box on the factions tab of the Antistasi setup screen
