    Drag Race brought me here.
    "Put a cork in it! Literally. It will help with your enunciation."

    I know this is an old video, but thank you for the content anyway. I acknowledge I need to speak more clearly for voice and video content I would like to produce, so all of your videos will probably help me in the next few days, and over the next several months as I train myself from here on. Thanks again!

    I am going to try this with my daughter. She strutters and does not articulate her words well. And gets ignored a lot in group conversations 😔. Wish us luck.

      Thanks, I tried this evenin, It feels strange to put stuff in my mouth but it actually forces me to articulate more unawarely.
      I think I should take a cork in the car with me on my way to work.
      Gives me time to exorcise sometimes without having to take special time for it.
      Those people who see me driving might grin but I don't mind.
      Thanks for the video man.

      It's a great way to open your mouth and speak with more power.

    I've honestly considered buying one of those rubber devices they use at the dentist to keep the mouth open.

    Thank You for the video! How far in should I put the cork? I have some issues with my tongue while doing this exercise, like it doesn't know where to go.Under or above the cork, or maybe I should push it against the circlelike side? I would very much appreciate some advice😊

    Does this help with pronunciation??

    • @pmz
      @pmz  6 лет назад +7

      Yes, practicing speaking with a cork in your mouth will make you focus on how you open your mouth and how you use your tongue to articulate. It will strengthen the muscles of your tongue and so your enunciation will definitely improve. Try it a few times and let me know how it goes!
