    And i have a doubt if patient with bleeding with lab report dr confirmed as intestinal bleeding due to ulcer 2 days after he confirmed it as cancer in stomach now what is primary diagnosis

    • @suryajohnson
      @suryajohnson  Год назад

      The final actual diagnosis should be principle. If the bleeding is confused as ulcer and later cancer was the confirmation, then cancer should be the principle and ulcer is ruled out.

    Mam you told that G89 is used with site specific pain when it is not documented chronic or acute but then in one scenario you have told acute neck pain due to trauma here Patient with pain but then also why g89 is assigned because here they have given acute neck pain why need to put g89 as primary diagnosis

    • @suryajohnson

      Hi, in this scenario G89 has been given for traumatic pain.
      Can you send me the timeline so I will check and clarify.
