Enjoyed your video - agree with your main points. If I might make a minor suggestion: use a larger font size and leave the words on the screen a bit longer. Thanks!
Thanks man! Honestly, once I decided to commit it was no issue waking up early. The problem was feeling tired throughout the day. It took a few weeks for my body to adjust. now I feel awesome most days.
That all looking really inspiring and amazing, but you can't wake up at 4 a.m. if you finish your day at 1 or 2 a.m. Everyone has different life and it all depends or your schedule. It's not important when you will wake up, it's about how you will menage your time, to use maximum potential of it. But hey, great video! Btw you look like complete beast. What's your weight? 💪
I agree, the main message is to find your flow state time where you can zone in on your goals. Even if it’s just an hour a day of no distractions. And thanks man, I’m 186lbs at 6’
The goal is not to annihilate in the morning. Just work to get the best effects, feeling good, heightened alertness, breaking a good sweat, and breathing in the oxygen. Never to tiredness, soreness or fatigue. And the body adapts too sooner than you think.
@@atenistaako9672 You don't grow if you don't annihilate or progress on weight ...you progress on weight , you feel tired ( good tiring feeling ) afterwards.
For me it's the opposite, especially if fitness is your focus and goal. You finish the hard work first thing in the day, after everything comes easy. Why you need to waste your energy for some stupid work/talk. By working out, you doing the things for yourself!
The only workout program you'll need to get strong and aesthetic www.fitbyeric.com/
Had a question about it, sent you a message on Instagram

That’s helpful. Thanks man, appreciate you watching
This is true I have done it. Main challenge for me is getting to sleep early enough. On the 3 days I work in the office I get home 7pm..
Nice man. Keep push in!
Thank you bro!
Hey Eric! I love your morning routine. How long did it take you to have this down?

Can't do early morning excericse ...my mind / body will be wiped out whole day to do any work.
I used to think this also. I stuck with it and now I feel pretty good. Main thing is making sure you’re getting enough sleep
