The Deck Nut case looks fantastic. The golden packaging was gaudy as hell and I love it. Silica in the dice and protective adhesive, you really do know your protection.
This is fantastic! I played footfalls and hexdrinker in my draft/prerelease, they were both super fun and strong, I was wondering when someone was going to make an old deck new again with a spicy twist of rhinos
If you do a part 2 you should consider Magmatic Sinkhole for the side as a hedge against baby tef, eidolon of rhetoric, aethersworn cannonist and to a lesser extent meddling mage. I could even see you bringing it in against certain matchups just as a murderous cut. It's obviously balls if opponent has leyline but decent against surgical as you can exile the first footfall when they target it in resp to a cascade trigger. Awesome video btw :).
Living end is unaffected by cage. The classic, opponent plays out cage, you living end and they look at you triumphantly pointing at the cage, and you proceed to explain to them evil genius style how their feeble attempt at containing you has failed . *Evil genius cackle!* And a lesson is learned by your opponent.
I am sick of youtube recommending videos that Ive seen a bunch of times and Ive been on a rampage clicking the "not interested" on every video because you cant just tell youtube not to show you videos youve seen before which is absurd but I have always found your videos very rewatchable and entertaining. Keep up the good work.
I NEED MORE OF THIS!! Also! Using transformative SB's is one of the best ways to go about brewing IMO. It creates a HUGE mismatch for your opponents and opens up opportunities(and buttholes) for you to exploit and take matches!!
When his deck becomes popular people will know “don’t side in Graveyard hate, he switches the deck”, so the new trick move will be to KEEP the Livng Ends and strategy from game 1
Since you mentioned the Five Color Niv-Mizzet deck I'd like to see your take on it in a video. There are so many options to build it and that makes it interesting. I really enjoy your content by the way.
Great vid, just a heads up though cage doesn’t stop living end, as well, as a long time player of the deck it is super resistant to grave hate. Chewer, beast, and trap make the deck very resistant I’m super dumbfounded as to what happened with this deck in the meta and because of that will re build it to see how it fairs at my LGS
I like how you revived the deck after the general consensus was that it wasn't good anymore in the meta. The comparison with the Niv-Mizzet deck made me chuckle :D The sideboard switcheroo seemed to work like a charm. The sad part is of course that it only works as long as the sideboard plan is't generally adopted by everyone. Would love to see some more matches with this!

I'm glad that someone else recognizes the potential of Crashing Footfalls in modern, though this is by far a way cooler deck than the Temur Ponza deck I brewed to use Collected Conjuring and and Crashing Footfalls. lol
I'm preparing for a big tournement in Germany right now. I love my LE-deck, but I was sure I need to switch to another deck because of hoogak and all the hate. THIS IS THE SOLUTION!!!
Please do a follow up! I’m thinking about running this at the next SCG modern classic but I need to be sure!!!! Awesome deck, but cascading into spirit guides and faeries feels bad, and we didn’t see any of that in the video. I wanna know if it can be improved!
