This might be the second most company-clusterfucked game I have ever played other than smash. Like, there aint any other game where I can say that Kratos just stole a kill from Naruto which led Vagita to be able to revive Doom Guy, but then a third party Bakugo killed me from behind (I am Deadpool). However, our fourth team member, Darth Vader, pulled out some Bat Grenades and wiped both teams. Edit: Later that game we encountered another team, the Rick nearly knocked us out and the Carnage did a good number on us, but the Batman Who Laughs was easy as hell to kill
Peter Griffin trickshots Jujutso Kaizen and April O'Neil and hits the griddy before getting beamed by Thanos and Solid Snake and they all perform Bad Romance by Lady Gaga before ultimately losing the match because they got killed by Mina Ashido's cluster clingers... You cant make this shit up☠️☠️😭

OMG Remember the time traveling DeLorean from Back to the Future! Ahh the memories!”. It’s also just filler to make up for the barren amount of creativity in the movie, as all the other original pieces of the story is generic and stale. I mean wow, who knew that to beat the seemingly impossible race you have to go backwards instead of forward. This doesn’t account for the fact that communities would try to find every possible connection or exploit to break the trial. Like movie, your telling me that internet users like 4chaners, who successfully found a flag based on only the flag itself and the background of the sky would have trouble wrapping their heads around some stupid race. The villain is generic “Evil corporation stereotype” & some of the CGI is just horrendous to look at. Finally the ending is just hot garbage, Parzival had the keys to the biggest ruling enterprise in the world, and what does he do, he bans anyone from playing on certain days of the week. This choice is a very idiotic business decision because it gives incentive to competition (like the evil corporation) to make their own platform that gives access to people everyday of the week. This will make people flock to the competitive service as it offers more to them to do as they please on the platform, and the corporation would receive more revenue and capital from daily service, and driving the original platform that Parzival down in value. It’s basic economics. But if you like the movie or novel regardless of what I said, that is totally ok, like whatever art or entertainment that suits you interests, I’m just stating my opinion.
In all honesty, fortnite is such a good game. It’s fun and addicting. There’s always missions to do and other games to play inside Fortnite itself. It’s battlepass is fair and you get so much for what you pay. I think a lot of people, like myself before, hated or disliked Fortnite because of the memes and the fact that a lot of its players are under the age of 16. But it’s honestly such a good game. I’m just bummed that I never tried it before chapter 4 season 2.
I’m surprisingly in the same camp as you. I just got serious into the game this season after being kinda cynical about it. Playing Fortnite with the homies is so addicting.
When you consider the Unreal Engine is used as the industry standardin most Disney and Hollywood productions today it is actually not that suprising. They can basically use Fortnite as a testing ground for new tech and at the same time promote brands.
Honestly, I'm trying to complete the gaming legends set and I can't even do that because Jinx and Vi, Kratos, and Psycho Bandit haven't been in the item shop for almost 1000 to 1000+ days

Fortnite now a days is pretty much one giant collab, my favorite collab was probably the Destiny one, simply because I had been hoping for it for a long time, I wish they had added supers or something tho as a collab ability, that would have been so fun!
They say anyone who has one a match in BR before gets back their ability to speak. At least this was how it was then, now that the loop has been broken, I think everyone can canonically talk now
Although I miss when collabs were truly special occasions, I cannot deny that the mashups of different IPs, brands and celebrities are hilarious sometimes (Peter Griffin one-pump Goku and all that).
