Watching this video from Canada oh how much I miss those journeys. Worked and lived in Kathmandu from 2016 to 2020 before moving to Canada during the peak of the pandemic and words can't describe how much I cherished every moment riding my Apache 160 on that road. Stopping whenever needed to take no 1 or have a cup of tea and smoke. Permanent residents of Kathmandu will never get to experience and feel the sheer joy of going home for Dashain and Tihar, the buildup to Dashain always brought a childish joy for me internally. Born and raised in Birgunj, I have always loved mountains and hills and hated flatlands. Starting my journey from Birgunj the cleanliness of the road from Hetauda to Bhimphedi always made me so happy. I rode the Daman side twice both up and down. Most of the time I took the Bhimphedi road because of the short duration and I liked that it was a bit busier than Syimbhanjyang road. That side felt a hell of a lot quieter as compared but the sceneries were unbelievable. Trikhandi has a special place for me as during my schooling we got to go for a picnic once only before my SLC exams in 2057 and Trikhandi was the spot. Oh memories memories, my eyes getting teary. Thanks for uploading brother. Please keep it up. I watched many of your other videos and only realized now how many alternate ways there are to get to Kathmandu from Hetauda. To add, Oh yeah, how can I forget the Devid coffee shop. Had coffee there every single time, the view from there was mesmerizing and you added the music from Anxmus right from the viewpoint of the coffee shop. Wish it was a bit longer. Also used to go to Chobar every evening after work for a cup of tea with my girlfriend. Just that bit of nature so close valley gave me immense peace after a long day of work staring at a computer screen the whole day. Thanks again for all the memories.
