What really got me interested in this series was hearing that it's essentially like if Disney made a princess film into a turn-based RPG. As simple as these games are, I love them, even the extremely flawed third one. I just wish they'd done a better job with the English releases of the sequels. I still don't understand why they brought in English voice actors for the normal talking scenes but then didn't have them sing, especially since many of the subtitles during the musical numbers are really poorly timed, making it kinda hard to get invested.
Wake up babe, Pixel Rose has a new video!
Never thought of these two things combining, how interesting.
The art is awesome in these games - the style, at least in regard to the characters, reminds me of the Toaru Light Novels. Thanks for the video, Rose.
2:08 is that jack the skeleton??!! Someone please tell me what is that game!
It's called Oogie's Revenge, and I actually did a review of it last year.
@@pixelrose8972 Thank you so much!

They also don't have any spoken segments within any of the songs subbed either, which is weird, since I feel like that'd be easy enough to do.
I know I would be easily defeated by food so I couldn't be a villain in this game.
Hopefully you don't eat shit.
@@pixelrose8972 Call me Shooter McGavin cause I eat pieces of shit for breakfast
