    Thank you for your information
I noticed that you concentrated mostly on patients that have had Surgery .
My question is i am 73 years old but my Wife is only 49 .
We havent had Sex for over 2 years.
I am really concerned that if i dont get my Sex life back on track it will be a big problem for me.
I had Radiation treatment with Hormone therapy.
My psa has dropped below 1 and i had my last hormone implant 3 months ago.
I have neen Clinically Castrated for the last two years.
What would be the best option for me to get my Sex life back on Track.
I have lost total interest in having Sex with no urges at all.
    Thank you for your advice.

I apreciate Dr Brady's expertise, some of the descriptions of discomfort with some of these methods made me cringe a little. But its good to know these things , Having info is better than being ignorant. I like a Dr with a sence of humor

like any muscle in your body , the lack of exercise and muscle loss due to age will diminish muscle tissue. part of therapy after operation should be massage (masterbation) to increase growth and blood flow to reduce or inhibit atrophy.

Hello. There was a mention of "Dose" in radiation that might cause complications. This is what I was hoping to hear about, however, it was skipped. I was wondering what Dose might entail. For instance, I am scheduled to have IMRT for a length of 45 days. Is this more or less dose given in comparison to an individual who might compress the number of treatments to something like 28 days?

Happy to say that after RARP, I have been continent at near 100%. I still use a "dribble pad" at 1 year because sometimes after voiding there remains a few dribbles in the penis, the kind that seem to find your leg as you are stowing away the penis. Not sure this is even incontinence, just bad design of the urinary tract equipment by Mother Nature, who didn't include a shutoff valve at the head of the penis.
