Man seriously, thank you. I have ran my first 21km and my first 70km bike last week. You and Average Rob have been huge motivators. Thank you for sharing your journey ❤
Don't let a bad run get you down. We all get them. Keep going! Not much left until race day! Are you allowed to do some filming during the race as well (when you're racing) or do you have anyone lined up who's going to help you with filming that day?
Did my first triathlon in preparation for the Ironman and got 3rd in my age group! Keep up the videos man, they really help me stay consistent (the videos are also just great lol)
Hello, thanks for the inspiration. Just finished yesterday my first 70.3, felt great in swim and bike. Not as well in running, although its my best segment. Hope yours go well, keep it up!
head up big guy! Make sure you get that checked out and listen to your body. You are so close now, you don't want to ignore signs and jeopardize the race. Also, the moustache is not it LOL
Dude: if you are going to go the Tash, it needs to have ‘bar ends’, and you need to also go short back and sides with the hair: THEN you are ready to channel the 1970-80s Australian Sports Legend look, alla DKL, Deek, Merv etc.
That’s some big miles there. Good work (nearly all done now, so time to consider backing it back a bit - especially on the bike - and treat that glut).
@@brodysearle eek! As soon as you can ‘move’ the knee w/o pain, consider just aqua jogging for the following two weeks. Or progressing to a ‘lever’ system on a treadmill. All the hard work is done, all you need to do is turn up without injury on race day and just keep the muscle activation for the three specific disciplines ‘there’. Aerobic fitness can be maintained justr by keeping the swim volume up until taper week.
Looking like a swimmer in that thumbnail 💪😀 nice fins too 😜
Great work mate, home stretch!
Hahaha shoutout for the fins!! I’m addicted to them 🤣 thanks for all your efforts mate ❤️

Thanks mate!! I’m allowed to do some filming of racing but not too sure what’s allowed and not yet, still needs to be discussed!

DOMS is quite annoying! But you are doing great! Hang in there!
Thank you :)
I think the moustache weighed you down during the run lol, but for real you are a stud, Brody, you can probably pull off anything
hahaha maybe it was a bad idea for the stache then!!! 😂
Keep the moustache, it’s seems faster for the swim, I will do the same here!
Hahaha bigger stache better swim

Unfortunately have had to back it right off due to the knee issue :(

Most my video this coming week is just about it, not the best week in the books that’s for sure! Thanks for the advice!
