I'm not too sure. If you look into animation and what disney had to do in the early years, its mind blowing. Then look at documentaries on YT about muscle and hair with animals. About a dozen companies all work on different components. I'm wondering how long it will take to get it to that level. In the meantime, very exciting 😮
Its the additional control im excited for. Luma produces great dynamic motion, but its hard to direct. I end up using runway gen 2 more because i can contol the motion and camera. Cant wait to get my hands on gen 3 ❤
@@gabemichael_ai I think sora still is the benchmark. I know theres is cherry picked footage. But what we saw was far better than gen 3 show reel. Best part is, creators actually make a like for like comparison of the sora prompts v luma and soon to be sora v gen 3. That car driving along a forest path just looked like unreal engine in the sora version. I tried it in luma, oh dear :(.
@@armondtanz @armondtanz Oh I agree for Luma, yeah, but disagree that Sora will be the best. I love the competition though. All these models will only bring better and more sophisticated ones in the months and years to come. ❤
@@gabemichael_ai ha. Midjourney promised something but I heard they struggling to get it out. I think there working on 3d which will be very interesting.
It's amazing how close to reality this looks. I can see this looking almost unrecognizable as AI generated in the next 3-6 months.
i know it's both exciting and scary
the future will be generated
@@gabemichael_ai sad but true. I will say positively that it does allow creatives to make something truly exciting.
@@realericrichI for one, am stoked!

Yeppppp. You get it 😎
I’m a runway subscriber but haven’t found any info on how to actually get access to try out the Gen 3 Alpha. Any suggestions?
Right now you have to be a member of their creative partners program, which you should be able to apply on their site if you qualify.

I think it's a "when does it become available to the customer"
Soon... Apparently
@@armondtanz thanks
Gen 3. Better than luma but not as good as sora. (Which we'll never see).
Completely disagree
