    Strangely I enjoy the water droplets. After watching so many of these, I know what's happening on the business end so the moisture adds a bit of art to liftoff.

    Is it ITAR regulations that keep simple telemetry from being displayed on screen, such as a flight timer, time to BECO, etc.

    • @PowerScissor
      @PowerScissor Год назад

      @Valor How could a flight timer in any way relate to danger to the clients payloads?
      Anyone could start a stopwatch at liftoff. I understand leaving out all the things that make a payload or final orbit identifiable...but the things I mentioned, such as Booster cutoff and time since launch aren't that...and if those things were that sensitive they wouldn't be livestreaming at all I would assume. Unless I'm missing something totally obvious...which is definitely possible.

    Ths ULA deserves WAY MORE SUPPORT like literally the only thing people care about nowadays is just soacex and the only they even like spacex is because of the booster landing The ULA rocket lab ISRO and blue orgin deserves way
    more support.

      @@JoshuaRoberts_V Understood what? That they're throwing away a perfectly fine RD-180 after only one use? That they charge twice what SpaceX does? And what orbital flight has Blue Origin done? Meanwhile ISRO does get credit and attention. I watched their latest launch just last week. I also know they want to launch more commercial payloads, but their rocket production is very slow and presently they can barely meet government requirements.

      @@cjohnson2506 I don't hate other space programs. The implication from Joshua Roberts was that people don't understand. I think we understand. I'd go so far as to say BO has been accorded _more_ credit than they deserve. If Bezos hadn't been so busy pursuing luxury yachts and other men's wives, he might have an orbital rocket by now.
      I'm a huge fan of the Golden Rule. Where was the golden rule when Bezos sued NASA because it had awarded a contract to SpaceX? Or when he (thru Amazon) sued the FCC because he wanted to tie up frequencies despite the fact that he had neither satellite nor rocket, and SpaceX had both?
      Where's the golden rule when ULA lobbies for special treatment from Congress and the Military, and tries to exclude SpaceX? Where is the consideration for taxpayers that ultimately fund all government launches?
      I don't hate ULA but I certainly prefer meritocracy to the old boy network.

      @@d.jensen5153 you make alot of good points and I don't hate spacex it's just that elon musk just sued the ULA there is probably a reason tho but sorry.

      I know they don't "need" to milk it. But, they have all the footage. put it together in a single 20 min vid.
      I think they would much rather present it in a manor that makes it look like they are launching something every two days.
      Just saying.
