Up next is my unbiased comparison of two of my favorite rotational fragrances that are so closely compared to each other. Today I’m comparing Byredo Bal d’Afrique and Boadicea the Victorious Hanuman. I’ll go over their similarities and differences as well as make some recommendations if you intend to buy either or both. Enjoy!

Hanuman is just waaaay better, yes it’s expensive however it’s refined it’s pure it’s just what you desire out of Bal D’Afrique.

I found it containing many similarities to alien theirry muggler for women. It is a very complex strong concentration fragrance I must admit. On the fence about this one.

*Not sure how familiar you are with the brand Taif al Emarat? But they have their own version of this DNA called EXPO 2020. It’s even stronger than Hanuman, the presentation is several levels better and it lasts so long.*

What is the note in the beginning of Hanuman (1-2 hrs) which is Herbal/Green, and reminiscent of Cypriol or Oud? Black currant? Cyclamen?
