This Miami team beat Bobby Bowden's first FSU team 49-0.

Hurricanes won 47-0 and they beat TCU 49-0. Played three top 10 teams + Notre Dame in that 1976 season

In 1975 um led #1 Oklahoma 19 to 7 with 6 minutes left..controlling the game but lost 20 to 19 in the last minute...they lost alot of close games playing decent but the QB ej couldnt see over his own lineman as short... I was a freshman and offered to walk on but said no.

So many Huskers played in the CFL....most of them played in Montreal for some reason.....Vince was terrible, but he was very good for the L.A. Rams.....just couldn't adapt to the Canadian game I guess.

Vince was never the same after he came back to the NFL. Vince seemed like a completely different quarterback from 1982-1985
