Grown up chef Pro-Tip: When you're cutting, instead of pushing the knife straight down, start at an angle and cut more towards the back of the blade. The knife will stay sharper longer, it will cut easier, and there's less chance of cutting yourself.

One thing I found, that helps with removing stains (at least from glass coffee pots), is using salt, ice and carbonated water (Sodastreams and such can be handy). A good brush or scrub with that, and most things are removed. Vinegar and lemon juice (for the acidity), are also great for cleaning. Blackout Curtains in the bedroom are a great investment. Helps with sleeping a lot, and would probably allow you to control the lighting better for video purposes as well.

hey ashley, for korean food recipes my go-to youtuber is maangchi. she's a nice ahjumma living in new york who does everything right and is easy to follow.👍 her kimchijjigae recipe is to die for and she even has a chamchi kimchijjigae recipe!
i'd also look up a couple videos on the basics of knife skills. it's easy but it's super important to do it the right way. plus, proper cutting makes the food better (i don't know how, it's just magic)
To add more “depth” to 김치찌개, I make sure to use a ton of the kimchi “juice” and I add a little bit of 고추장! And I make sure to let it simmer on low heat for as long as I can to make sure it really stews - I hope this helps as you master your own recipe :)
If you add gochujang and pork and stir fry the kimchi with them the taste will be richer, that's what I did! But it looks so good already, good job girl!!

Actually tip from Hispanic household: if you’ve over salted something get some like sliced potatoes and put it in idk why but it gets rid of the extra saltiness (learned this from my mom)

Omg thanks for letting me see you organize!! I love watching people organizing their vanity! I still live minimalist life for skincare! I put a restraint on myself for only have one cushion, and four lipsticks! So far I have not give in to buying more lipsticks even though it is so tempting too! For skincare I only buy a new one one month before I finish the product!! Hahah!~

im glad u actually put some kind of structure underneath your mattress so it can breathe because i dont know whats up with that new thing about putting the mattresses directy on the floor... they catch humidity and can develop mold if u dont let it breathe from both sides..
the video was so fun to watch!! :] my friends taught me how to make kimchi jjigae when i was in seoul for the summer and it's been ~totally~ life changing!!!! it's super easy to make when you have all the ingredients. kimchi is kinda expensive in europe though so i should learn how to do that as well. as always your video was so cool!!!! good luck with organizing your vanity too. i'm sure life got much easier when you got it since you have so much makeup!! love u xxxx

Probably one of the best tips for when you start cooking on your own is basic knife skills so you don't hurt yourself while chopping veggies - even if you only learn the "claw grip" technique, you'll find find prepping ingredients so much more safe and easy. 화이팅! 💪
