Emoretta always deletes and re-uploads her levels whenever someone clears the level. I've beaten this first level numerous times and multiple re-uploads. All her levels are trash with moving hidden blocks. Her levels are very challenging, even if you know the dev exits. She should be banned from uploading levels.

To get the multiple boom boom hits, you need to hang out more in the middle, then run to the side. You need Meowser to climb in the middle so he doesn't hit the rodents and can stand up. Meowser then jumps up in the middle spinning, covering boom boom, then falls down off the screen. If Boom Boom is spinning during this time, when Meowser spins over top of him, you get a bunch of hits of the On/Off
Came here to say this as well. But it's incredibly difficult to time, if not impossible, and the tactic makes you more vulnerable to everything else going on. For example, when Meowser climbs up and swipes, his shell/spike hitbox is wider than at the top than bottom, so you can stand and not get hit, but if you jump the spikes will kill you. Very annoying
This level maker already re-uploaded these levels you beat. They all have 0 clears again. All except the one that was tagged to you. My opinion, a level maker doing that feels a little scummy. They don't even gain anything from doing it.
