"We can increase our resolve and flourish by endeavouring to encounter stress. And not only cope with but seek out challenges that set us off to discomfort. Anything that invites physical, mental or spiritual anguish, or even desolation is an opportunity to cultivate the strength of one's faculties, but rather we should seek out opportunities at stress and anxiety, to confront our weaknesses, our desolation even. Pain with purpose is a very good thing, you can grow from it. But pointless pain does exist, and should be avoided at all costs. Much of my life has been lost to pointless agony, pain I could not grow much from, pain that far out stripped any growth it initiated.
Not all pain is something to be avoided, it must be experienced to lead a rich life and be a good person. But not all pain leads to growth, and can even regress people into near animal states.

Video was well worth the like button. Very metaphysical and insightful. Real life may not have respawn point but at least every morning is like a new level/soft-reset to level up one's own life.

I found a game with "challenge potential" that is similar to the other games you usually play.
How about "Oxygen not Included" that could make for some great videos too
