Yeah that's us on Amazon. They cost more because Amazon takes over 15% of the proceeds. You should only buy from there if you have like tons of amazon credit, you'll still have to contact us if you want a different skin or control box. We also expedite Amazon shipments because they require us to ship in 2 weeks.
Precision DancePads i have read reviews of pads that stop functioning after two or three days and of others that got damaged during shipping so i was wondering if you have any warrantys or something incase that happens
12 months, and for shipping damages require FedEx claims. Both are rare, if it stops functioning the ethernet adapter is usually the fault and I made a video on how to fix those plus we're getting better quality ones (I hope they are better and I don't know if I can use them for the Omega 9X but they are really easy to fix or replace).

psychoticmortacarn I honestly disagree. This chart was made to be super challenging and awkward. You're underestimating what it means for a song to be level 19.
Naw, I'm alright with TRULY technical steps. but when you start throwing random shit into your chart for no reason, other than the sake of it being hard, that's when you start to cross over into the realm of "bad." For example, this chart has utterly random jacks that never go with the music and don't even appear in similar places. There's no rhyme or reason to them, they're just dumb. Also, there's really no point in throwing spins into one of your streams when nobody is going to bother legitimately doing that at 12 steps-per-second.
