Great video. Thanks. It should be great to live in Woodlad Hills. When i started to search places to live in Los Angeles, I took a closer look to this neighbourhood from between the Valley districts.

I'm happy you enjoyed it. I have some more videos on my channel that talks about different parts of The Valley. Let me know if you still need some help finding a place or want to know more information about a specific neighborhood.

My team and I would love to help and would be happy to discuss different neighborhoods in Woodland Hills. Would you like to set up a Zoom call so we can discuss you wants and needs in more detail? This way, we can better determine what areas a the best fit for you and your family. You can text me or email me at the contact information in the description of the video and we can set it up from there. Are you looking to buy or rent?

Love your videos! Recently discovered you in doing research for a move from DC and they’ve been super helpful.
What’s the commute like into the Burbank and film studio areas? I’m intrigued by Woodland Hills and the housing prices there, but afraid the commute would be too rough.

I'm so happy you love the videos! The commute time will depend on when you leave for work and the time of year. Your Summer commute will be a bi shorter because there are less people on the roads trying to get to school. If you can leave woodland Hills by 8am, you are looking about 45 minutes to an hour. Anything after that will add about another 15 minutes. It will be close to the same time when driving home. Fair warning, though. If there is an accident on the freeway, then all bets are off... If I can help in any other way, please let me know.

How bad is the homeless problem in Woodland Hills? How much does it affect the enjoyment of shopping / restaurants in the area?

In my experience, it didn't affect my enjoyment. You really don't see much homeless if any in The Village shopping area or in the Topanga Mall. Most of the homeless will be seen on parts of Ventura Blvd and in some parks. Woodland Hills has less homeless when compared to many other parts of the valley.

Woodland Hills/West Hills has the majority of homeless /drug addicts/low life's. Behind the trader Joe's on Ventura just west of DeSoto, smells and looks like a third world country.
Also - it's ten miles from Ventura to PCH via Topanga. It's a 20 min drive.
