I’m at the Grand Station for the very first time today and I must admit it looks really well and there is now more seating available. The upstairs bar is now open. Shame there is no newsagent yet but hopefully in time it will come. Overall, I like it!!
The new station looks really well and I’m looking forward to seeing it live for the first time when I come back from Vietnam at Christmas. They could have put adequate seating in for those who are elderly or less able to stand as I didn’t see many seats in the building
Such nice staff & Security better then them ones on the older station Im planning of coming to visit this station Just a pain to get to it since theres no public car park for some reason which is weird for a very large station like this So i would maybe have to get s train to get here since it may be a pain to walk from Glengall street to here
£340 million white elephant. Although ‘future proofed’ to 2050 - do they seriously think they are ever going to reach full capacity - or do they know something we don’t?
Nice new station. Didn’t think there was anything wrong with Great Victoria Street though. Nice to see they’ve got a bar in the station now though haha
@@TheGwentAuditorTGA More platforms and connection than GVS had. Allows Enterprise passengers to arrive closer to the city centre and increase service frequency with the new platforms.
Nice of our government to provide free SIA training for refugees so they can get an easy security job, when those of us born here have to stump up the money to do it..
i would imagine the only car parking spaces are for Government staff cars & Politburo members , also i only noticed one person in a wheelchair ,go anywhere in the world and you will find wheelchair assistance , was there any ?
It was £340 million, mostly at the cost of taxpayers money. That's maybe why journeys cost damn more
@@macburninman17 holy smoke ,cheers for that 💯👊

@@emily1 yeah that’s definitely easier than going to Lanyon Place which is right over the other side of town
You have the wit.
I might just get the ferry from Liverpool to Belfast just to see this station, living in Manchester myself and then get the Enterprise down to Dublin
Don't it's 60 pounds return
Book the Web saver online if they still do it

That will really help speed up the people trafficking. Still not so much as a tent to help the homeless.
