She doesn't look like shes in her 40s.... She looks very cute actually and when it comes to "beauty standards", she still looks above average. She is also not wearing clothes that are flattering in this new season, episode 1, especially that green dress... Not good. I think because of her heath condition, her weight fluctuates a lot. But she is in no way ugly lol

She still looks beautiful not like in her 20s of course but who looks better in their 30s compared to their 20s tho? No one.
