Can go to different countries to stuff like gamescon etc. Maybe do a booth slot for companies. And when there’s nothing happening gaming events wise just go to a spot you want to visit.

I'd say so. I'd recommend reading Waking Up by Sam Harris, or Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics: A 10% Happier How-To Book by Dan Harris to learn more about it and its benefits. Sam Harris has a course of sorts called the Waking Up Course (only on iOS as of right now, android apparently coming soon). It's an app on your phone that has lessons on it and guided meditation by Sam himself.
