I remember watching this years ago, and it showed me anythings possible with the right mindset. Tore my labrum in 2017 and got really out of shape. Worked around it for about a year before it stopped bothering me, then I had a bout of severe insomnia. Again, out of the gym for a bit and got back in shape. I have autism and a recent statistic said the average lifespan for an autistic person is only 48 years. I'm 28 now and am developing a 6 pack. I aspire to be as fit as possible so that I can live longer and become an exception
Disagreed. I thought so at first. Then I heard the way he talked to her. I'd be rolling my eyes, too. He has to learn how to do it himself and he's clearly very controlling and this is clearly not the first time and this is clearly him on his best behaviour. In fact, I'd say she handled it more like an adult, more like the type of adult that I want to be when explaining to other people politely why their opinions about how to live my life are taken as advice and not mandatory. His discussion is not one of opinion. He expects obedience from a fully-grown adult human being.
Both knees? He should have went for the surgery on his knees and recovered. They could have had him on a diet plan while his knees healed and continued training after surgery. I wonder how his knees are feeling these days years later.
I think you need to pick up a textbook. The U.S is pretty much the only place they use Miles. Pretty much everywhere else in the world uses Kilometers. And yes, that includes Canadians. But the fact that you think it's Canadian, just blows my mind. I hope you haven't pro-created. The idiocy gene pool is far too crowded already.
this is byfar the most emotional yet inspiring episode I've ever watched.. Congratulations Bob!
It's so amazing that whenever they saw Chris they hug like a long lost brother ❤
Really fought through it even with an injury. What a beast. Hope he is still on track

Just the motivation I needed! So empowering
The daughter was so rude, I would never even dream of speaking to my father like that...

Why is television from the US so over the top? The music, the dramatic host, the hockey gimmicks. Very hard to watch.

He looks like Peter from family guy
It was funny when bob pulled Chris in the pool 😂
