I just got my Hana ML last Saturday and I love it, I don’t have 10 hours yet approaching that now. Excellent upgrade over my Hana EH, Dynavector 10x5 and Denon 301 II. It makes you wonder how good the Hana Umani Red or Blue is.
Hi Seattle. Man oh man is your system airy, spatial and life-like, just unbelievable! By the way, I did recognize the High Fidelity Cable MC-0.5 Power Conditioner. They are so amazing. I discovered them about four years ago. Be forewarned that they are like potato chips in that you can't stop with one. More magnetics equates with greater sound. Enjoy and have fun.
It's crazy Tony, for some reason it didn't like my power conditioners or something! I had to take it out and move it to a different outlets because it became to saturated and strangled the sound. It became very edgy sounding. My friend upgraded to an audience power conditioner and had to pull his MC-0.5 out too. I was totally bummed and so was he. Mine is for sale on Audiogon now. I will do a follow up video at a later date. You win some and you loose some in this hobby. Thank you very much for watching! 👌🎼✨
That's interesting. When I first installed mine, it was love at first sight. l was awe struck and loved it. However, after several days of listening, the sound began to take on a bright and edgy character. But, I stayed with it and over time (I think it was about 48 hours), the glorious sound returned and the bright edginess never returned. Go figure...
Congratulations! Nice cart and sounding good man 👍. I just got a new cart as well , an Ortofon A90 , my dream cart and I finally got it ! . I also just got a New table a Nottingham, absolutely love it. P.S. if you don’t already have one you need an RCM and or an Ultrasonic cleaner.
@@vpconcepts9838 Thanks for the information. I am also a McIntosh Man. Preamp 2300, to MEN 220 into twin 275 which I have Mono Blocked Ending with a Pair of Audio Physic Virgo 25 which I am told were the first pair sold/ordered in Canada. I will be putting the Hana on an Avid Volever with a Rega arm. My CD player is also Mc but my tuner is by Magnum Dynalab (I had to spend some money in my own country) Again thanks for taking the time to replay
@@vpconcepts9838 I've just received notice from George Meyer AV that the amp is fixed. It took a long time for the techs to ferret out the cause of the static noise in the right channel. (It was a circuit board problem--excess solder making an errant connection.) But the mystery is now solved, so I hope to have the H30 back soon.
setup is everything when it comes to vinyl playback! i’ve seen allot of barely used Hana cartridges for sale lately. They are clearly not bad ;) it’s going to sound like crap whatever gear you are using if it’s not setup just right!
Sounds great, I would love a Hana but unfortunately their weight is just too low @ 5 gms. for my low mass arm, SME Series III. I’m planning to make the jump to a MC as well with the Dynavector 20X2, it’s Wt. is 9.2 gms. Plan to slip a 3 gm. wafer of lead between the cartridge and head shell that will get me well within the resonance frequency. I have a decent phono preamp Pass Lass XP 15 so I should hear difference from my Grado moving iron. Love the McIntosh gear as well. 😎
My buddy has your integrated because he loved my MA 6600 so much. He was a die hard Bryson fan for 30+ years, it took him 2 years to see the light, he hasn’t looked back. 🤓
I want to get one of those, but unfortunately Audio Technica claims the noise floor on my turntable is too high to use any LOMC. If I could afford a real Technics 1200, this thing would be gone, but for right now, it's all I have.
I had a VPI 16.5 and it was good, but loud. I decided to move to the Kirmuss....takes a lot of time, but when I say a THROUGHLY cleaned ultrasonic record puts you in MASTERTAPE territory IT IS THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH !! Go Kirmuss if you cannot go Degritter or if you have time to get that extra 5% clean........Degritter is all in one and it alone will PUZZLE YOU HOW GOOD VINYL CAN SOUND !! If I were to speak with vinyl playback practitioners, I would say get a decent LP front end (let's say $500 to $1000 for all parts) and then go FULL SPEED AHEAD ultrasonic cleaning machine and new inner/outer sleeves..... ....my conjecture is that a Kirmuss Ultrasonic restoration (with multiple rinses after the cleaning process is done [5-7]) would have given you more improvement than your WORTHY upgrade to the Hanna ML !!
Best sound room I heard yet on YT. Very full and warm. Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching! 👌🎼✨
John is the best - honest and knowledgeable, a rare breed.
Thank you for the audio demo, instead of simply a description; I've been convinced.
Mine is on the way. Excited to hear it. Thanks for the sound demo. Beautiful system. Peace and happy listening.
Your gonna love it! 🥳👌🎼💯🏆✨
I love the Mc Hana ML. It’s been my Cartridge for 6 months. I thinking my next Cartridge upgrade will be Hana Umami Red. Thank you for the video.
Wow Justin! If you get it, let me know how it sounds! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🎼👍✨
@@vpconcepts9838 will do
What a great upgrade the noise floor is extremely low, have fun bud!!!love your system!!!
Thanks as always John! 👌🎼✨

Hey buddy!!! Of course I have an Okki Nokki record cleaner with musical fidelity cleaner and super rinse 😉👌🎼✨
@@vpconcepts9838 Ah ok awesome, your on it then . Enjoying the snow ? We got hammered down here in Olympia.
Sounds fantastic,well done
That sounded Awesome thanx for sharing, Great system, love those McIntosh paces
😉👌🎼✨
Super nice cart, one day maybe I will upgrade
You will Scotty!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🎼✨
The ml has an integral weight built into the top. Its much heavier that a normal hana so a 14 gram arm is good
Thank you I am currently looking at this Cartage as the tip broke on my Benz Glide .
It has 54 hours on it now and it's still going up! They say it needs 100 hours to settle in. Thanks for watching Daniel! 👌🎼✨

Nice! 👊🎼✨
Excellent. Nice set up.
Thanks! How's the Hegel been since repair?

The ml is a huge bargain!
Man, I wish I was there, sitting where you're sitting. 😊
I went through a lot to sit in this spot. I'm glad I get to share it with all my audiophile friends! 😉👌✨🙏🏻🎼
I’m looking a new cartridge for my LP12

The M series are 9.5 g
How does the Purple Heart stack up to the Hana? I am having trouble making a decision.
Only owned the AT & Hana so far! 👌🎼✨
Hey buddy got my foglifters!!!nice improvement on my system low noise floor better low level details better resolution, etc.how are you?
Great to hear John! New Synergistic Research Orange fuse video coming soon! 👌🎼✨
@@vpconcepts9838 let me know how you make out with those fuses Sr is a great company, expensive but great.

Thanks for watching always Larry! 🙏🏻👌🎼✨
no comment, what should I say! Just have a look at the system and you keep quiet and humble :-)
Thank you for watching always! 🙏🏻🎼✨
Get your self an ultra sonic clear and you will need hear anything on your record. Quiet as CD’s
I have a video showing how I clean my albums on my channel. 😉👌🎼✨
Vs Lyra delos?
That's on another level
My next cartridge in the next few months. Heard great things. Just waiting to get my Technics SL1200g and Luxman CD player first
It's so musical. Got about 56 hours on this now. They say it's ready at 100. You will be very happy. Thanks for watching Colin! 👌🎼✨
Just my opinion: You need an ultrasonic record cleaner next....YOUR WELCOME
LOL! My Okki Nokki machine is a beast. But I have been curious about the ultra sonic machines too 😉👌🎼✨
