I think the hardest part of creating those trees for most of us who watch your videos is being able to visualize what the finished tree will look like. If I started pruning like you did I'd likely end up with a tree about one foot tall completely devoid of any foliage. Thank goodness you have the artistic flair needed. 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻 Cheers.
I have a twin stem larch, your little tree can be wired so as the trunks v out, then pad only the outside of the branches, the v must not be too wide. also, if you get a 1/4" or 3/8 " steel rod,you can s shape the tree and either pad or cloud style. and save yourself a lot of money, on a very thin trunk I used a thick coat hanger wire. looking forward the video 2
