In old times,DP used to be the most versatile weapon. It used to give a tough competition to m416 but now the recoil is increased by almost 50% and now it's not good as compared to old dp. Miss Old Dp😢
Meanwhile me who can control dp better than m4
dp is still better then m4 but reloading time is the problem. bro dont spray with dp give burst firing like 4-5 shots take a gap and repeat this

@@blackravern9799 I used to spray with dp but now it's hard to spray in long range so I prefer burst fire I can't control the recoil but the old dp was so easy to handle after 5bullets it's recoil starts to increase
Dp is still a competitor vs m4 only weakness is bullet speed besides that it's great in a match I got a 220 m kill with it it was hard but worked
M416 was my first weapon when i started playing pubg in 2019
At that time i didn't knew it is a popular weapon 😅

I'd still take the Aug because unless the general public who don't wanna get out from their comfort zone, some people still prefer the better
Same here, I love the M416 to death, but better is just better
besides comfort zone there's also a factor money , players have spend much moe money in m416 skins than AUG skins , also the fact that m4's stats have never been changed before , if they nerf the m4 in future , people will eventually shift to other better guns , there'll be few people who won't shift because of skins but in esports players will obviously pick a better gun .

that's because the stats have never changed for it , if they nerf the m416 , players will have to shift to a new gun , maybe not all players cause they spend money for the skins , but in esports players will always pick a better gun .

@@arnav1328it will be hard to master akm, all my life I'd rather use any other weapon than akm, that is until few months ago that i started using it and like you said, m4 is nothing compared to akm, but where they stand out is the recoil control when it comes to long range spraying, you can manage it at close or mid range but not long, unless you have to tap instead of spray

I am a chinese version player, too many people use m4 until the battleground is saturated and hard to kill since everyone has an m4, so i decided to use the SLR since it has very OP damage and good recoil, as well as modular fire rate by ur tapping speed, it is also much more controllable then the mk14.

I want to add another reason why M416 is really popular is because AK-47 (AKM) and M416 (M4) is really popular and very common in almost every single shooting games, AK-47 (AKM) is known for the best damage in all kinds of shooting games such as CSGO and more and M416 for having a very stable recoil in all kinds of shooting games like i've mentioned a bit earlier

However AUG still has a faster firing rate compare to M416, which is nice for close range fights, but it's Recoil has been increased In the latest update and its kinda hard to use unlike before. So for better sprays, M416 is the best choice.
PS: such a waste that G36C Is not available on all maps!

It's a good weapon, but I hate it because it's been in the meta for a long time and it's also very overrated at close range. I always lose firefights against SMG users. Also, the G36C is 100x better for long range spray And at least for me, QBZ and Scar L are much better for short and medium distance
