Pre Pack Insolvency Resolution Process | Ordinance dated April 4, 2021

As you all must be aware by now that I come up with a legal vlog every Sunday and the topic I chose for my third vlog has been most knowledge enriching for me. With this ongoing pandemic, one sector which has been majorly affected are the corporates that fall under the category of Mico, Small and Medium enterprises and therefore is order to provide them with some relief, the government, on April 4, 2021 promulgated an Ordinance amending the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and introduced Pre-Pack Insolvency Resolution Process for the corporates that belong to the MSME Sector.
Through this Vlog, I have talked about the overall Pre-Pack Insolvency Resolution Process in a snapshot and also provided my critical analysis with respect to the Ordinance. I hope you enjoy watching this.
