Thanks for the great rolling session. Just did this and the post cycling stretch and my legs are feeling so much better as always. I always recommend your videos. Great instruction
Great video. One query: Rolling the lower back to the mid back seems to get a lot of negative press on RUclips. Most seem to say it shouldn't be done. Interested on CRC thoughts on this.
Hi Terry, I personally like how it feels on my lower back as that is where I often get injured but everyone is different and needs to listen to their body. It shouldn’t hurt and you shouldn’t roll directly on your vertebrae but on the muscles surrounding it.
This video is so informative. I have been trying to research for RUclips vid like yours that educates the ideas in this vid. 👌Your lesson totally is like the vids of this informative medical student Doctor Ethan. Doctor's videos are totally knowledgable and I actually learned a lot for my finals. He is the most informative health enthusiast in Europe and he teaches health symptoms and vaccines! I suggest you watch his channel out and give the Dr a like! ➡️ #StudentDoctorEthan

Can you give me some tips on how long I should wait after training to work effectively with the roller? Does it matter at all?
