I'm aware that a lot of people have uploaded this already, however, I have looped it for your listening pleasure, and will try to do so with more themes. Thanks to eventhubs for uploading the picture and theme.
Everything in this video belongs to Capcom and/or Marvel.
I love how, apparently, when making Darkstalkers, the Japanese execs weren’t sure about what a succubus was(most of the characters were intended to be classic movie monsters of some kind). But when the game’s American lead designer explained it was a beautiful woman who kills you by screwing you to death, he immediately got the ok.
She is not a rapist or a murderer. Stop thinking that the Udon Comics are canon.
@@audrionirks8881 She does not do either actually. The succubus in Darkstalkers are able to live by just having fun, and do not need to drain the soul of men or any of that like the common succubus. Morrigan is actually nice,and enjoys hanging out in the human world and even saved her world as well as the human on multiple occassions.

Did you know..?? That in the Japanese voice actress Rae Tanaka who portrayed Morrigan in this game, is the same person who voiced Lisa from Genshin Impact? Looks like the thirst is real my dudes.

I'm pretty sure she doesn't kill random people like a traditional succubus, since she isn't considered evil in most appearances. She does drain energy/eat dreams/whatever, but the bats are just a magic thing.
Considering her opening in her arcade mode for one of the games is her sucking a human…

then again some of the fighting games depict her as more evil... especially the Japanese versions of some of her lines in the older games, for the sake of characterization I would land her in the "grey" category since she has a variety of depictions so you need "merge them" to even get a cohesive char

@@phb.mp4229 Yes, and no. Morrigan being a succubus does mean she could kill someone through "traditional" means. But she (as well as other Aensland-related succubi) have a special way of gaining energy through people's dreams. I won't get into _too_ much detail about how she does it, as there's some stuff that could be NSFW. But know that she is the living definition of being "not like the other girls".
Possibly the most beautiful female character ever conceived across any form of media. Theme song represents her perfectly.

I find her surprisingly good if you pair her with Phoenix Wright or Ghost Rider. Even if it's because of my assist choice, Heartless Spire and Press/Break the Witness. Wright's functions surprisingly good, almost like a corner-specific Hyakuretsu with a wall bounce in Turnabout. And Heartless Spire OTGs, which is something Ms. Aensland lacks, not counting Shadow Servant.
She should have had an alternate costume that makes her character model the sprite she has had for freaking AGES, just to poke fun at it.

She's not an original character created specifically for this series. She first originated in Darkstalkers, an ancient but extremely awesome fighting game. Play it if you ever get the chance, or buy Darkstalkers: Resurrection

Actually, if you watch the anime of Darkstalkers, she's not only a succubus, she is the Queen and sole ruler of the demon realm. Albeit not wanting to rule much as she much prefer to go out and amuse herself, being so bored with the ruling. Amusing by partying or stopping criminals.
