Gigantspinosaurus is surprisingly cute.
?
Ikr
Yeah it looks like a sauropelta but combined with stegosaurus
🦴?
Basically stegosaurs dominated Jurassic and Ankylosaurus and nodasurus dominate Cretaceous
Fax
And tuataras rule the paleogene and velvet worms rule the neogene
I have always liked Miragaia. It's so strange with that long neck. I love the fact you put cladistics at start. That makes more easier to everyone understand dinosaurs phylogeny. As ever, great video!
Mah fave!
1:43
Miragaia might not be a valid genus anymore. Some scientists think it might be a species of Dacentrurus.
The music's always great for these.
Your stegosaurs have such lovely necks!
Great as always! Miragaia is my favourite
Kentrosaurus is my favourite
Hesperosaurus is my favorite
Tuojiangosaurus is my favourite stegosaurian
Never realized till now just how much Frontier upscaled the stegosaurs in Jurassic World Evolution! :O
It uses an old estimate of stegosaurus
Way back then stegosaurus and other dinosaurs were believed to be massive
thats just Stegosaurus stenops. S.ungulatus is not as complete but seems to be larger
My favorite Family, the Ankilosaurians
I always love your Paleoart, specially here with the living tanks
Thank you!
@Rodan's Comedy or Ankylosaurids or ankylosauridae
Me to my favorites ankylosaurids, there so interesting.right?
so cool
Europelta is my favourite dinosaur
Smolpelta
Very good now makes a video of the tyrannosaurus rex family
Euplocephulus was thought to be the largest Ankylosaur when I was growing up 😅
Tarchia and anky was bigger euoplocephalus was smaller than a human but tarchia and anky has huge
I like your stegosaurs desgins
Great video, and great accurate and detailed illustrations
I think next you should do a video on Armoured Sauropods like Saltasaurus and Rapetosaurus
Hey did Saltasaurus really existed ?
Stegosaurus looking like a real life Godzilla in that art.
So Dacentrurus was as large as Stegosaurus. Interesting
Second biggest armored dinosaur
Wow Nice Video Is My Favorite Ankylosaurus And Stegosaurus
Ankylosaurids and nodosaurids
0:38 europelta. (Nodosaurid)
0:45 polacanthus (Nodosaurid)

1:36 edmontonia. (Nodosaurid)
1:50 ankylosaurus. (Ankylosaurid)
Beautiful, those are some of my favorite dinosaurs
0:18 scelidosaurus
Potato Moment
Why is Armored Herbivores are mostly Nodosaurids? I mean why didn't they had a a Wrecking ball the end of their tails?

@@Nyxelis_yweqdis is probably easier if u do understand how evolution works. Well, starts off the most obvious is that their common ancestor doesn’t had it. So to that in a little cooler way, Ankylosaurid is more derived than Nodosaurid. Two, is that wrecking ball is overkill so there is no pressure to make it evolved everywhere, just slapping those big meaty tail at the predator face is enough. In Ankylosaurid like Ankylosaurus case, well, u got T.rex there, what else do you expected?
¡Great!🤗🤗
Can you do the remake of the Triassic video please?
Also the original drawings I thoat they couldn't look any better but you some how made them look better
Thank you!
Yes, I will remake every previous video😁
Dacentrurus, Miragaia and Stegosaurus are my favorites.
1:50 "ankylosarus" lmao
Beautiful creatures
I love this series
Gastonia had much larger spines than in the illustration
Beautiful 😊
okay so next vedio on ornithopoda
I always found interesting that later stegosaurs lost their shoulder spike... Do someone know why?
Maybe they started defending themselves with their spiked tails
I'd say larger size made them more difficult to attack, so they didn't really need a shoulder spike
Thagomizers, they got Thagomizers
Mi grupo Favorito. 🤩 Muchas Gracias.
Can you re release your Jurassic Park/world size comparison videos?
Of course, those have to me remade too
stegosaurus's head looks very different from what I remember. Cool!
The music is fitting for the dinosaurs
I wish you had included Lexovisaurus because I think he deserves more people to know him
idk if you care but at 2:04 you misspelled jurassic as jrassic. otherwise, excellent video, i'm looking forward for more. i'm also surprised that the music is really good and soothing.
thank you!
I'm a big fan of you!
Nice. I like the stegosauria clade. ^^
Miragaia is so majestic

I love dis
So the smallest species of armoured dinosaurs is a bipedal
The more you know
Kentrosaurus is my favorite, alongside ankylosaurus.
the most underrated dinosaurs
I Like Stegosaurus
I love stegosaurids as much as I do by ankylosaurids/nodosaurids
So the scelidosaurus evolved to the stegosaurs and ankylosaurs
love
The gigantspinosaurus and the huayangosaurus are like stegosaurus and ankylosaurus combined
Muito bom
Steggy has always been my favorite
Mis dinosaurios tireoforos favoritos son Scutellosaurus y Scelidosaurus
I love them all 0:44
Anklosaurus: you don't deserve to be in this armoured kingdom
Dacenturus: NO THIS IS MY KINGDOM
Dacenturus: TAKE THIS YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE HERE
Anklosaurus: *dies*
Dacenturus: yeah take that
Stegosaurus: NO THIS IS MY KINGDOM TAKE THIS
Dacenturus: *dies*
Biggest Fan of Dinosaurs and Dragons And Gods
Huh. You should really add antarctopelta in the size comparison!
the rest of the antarctopelta was missing everything was great
Sauropelta would be better it’s bigger stronger taller
I laughed at the real Gigantspinosaurus because it is so cute
Coming back here to pay respects to Miragaia...
Puedes aser size comparison de dinosaurios de Argentina
You forgot Antarctopleta, Yuxisaurus, Stegouros and Scolosaurus.
Not that I want to know.... But looking at the defences along the flanks and along the spines. How the hell did some of these reproduce?
I thought Gastonia's spines were taller than that...?
Which period had cooler dynos overall.... Jurassic vs Cretaceous?
Can u do a re-upload with jakapil
Ankylozord and Stegozord
Edmontonia fossils have been found in the hell creek formation in mobtana
They've recently been given their own genus, Denversaurus
@@swayambhupanigrahi296 denversaurus is underrated nodosaur
correct me if i’m wrong but is hesperosaurus just a younger stegosaurus specimen, it just seems like it
Tuojiangosaurus is closer to Crocodile or Crow?
Where is the Saichana?
You have a "Sorry" Crush
The size between Gigantspinosaurus,Huayangosaurus,Nodosaurus and Gastonia sounds so weird
The time you forgot Lexovisaurus
I'm like Gigantspinosaurus
Where was minmi 😢
why is anky not the biggest anky is heavier than stego
How tall is stegosaurus is it 11 feet ???
Question, How do you diferentiate hesperosaurus from stegosaurus?
Hesperosaurus has more redound-like shape plates, are more smooth. Stegosaurus has them mor elongated and more spiky at the top. You can see the diference between the plates shapes:
(In the video)
Hesperosaurus: 1:16
Stegosaurus: 2:04
(Images)
Hespero: vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/dinosaurs/images/6/6a/Hesperosaurus.jpg/revision/latest/scale-to-width-down/340?cb=20090828152940
Stego: cdn.mos.cms.futurecdn.net/BZhBna7AxzrrgNbNZefZM7-1200-80.jpg
And surely, another anatomical characters.
Well, the two are quite similar, in fact Hesperosaurus mjosi was once thought (and is still thought by some) to be just a species within the genus Stegosaurus (in this case the proper name would be "Stegosaurus mjosi" ). Although both are from the Morrison Formation, Hesperosaurus comes from slightly older layers and seems to be a bit smaller and also more basal than Stegosaurus. In addition Hesperosaurus has a broader snout and (as Dinosapiens already replied) there are some differences in the plates concerning their size and shape. The ones in Hesperosaurus appear to be somewhat longer but also vertically shorter compared to the plates seen in Stegosaurus. But of course, these parts of the body would show more individual variation (also from species to species) than others, as they are likely structures for display.
Overall, regarding the evidence that we have at the moment, Hesperosaurus seems to be distinct enough from Stegosaurus to be classified as its own genus, but of course more research should be done on this subject.
Thank you guys so much!!!
Benjamin egyd @ another very long comment...I mean do your fingers get tired of chatting?
Wuerosaurus?
Where is the Minmi
Great video but, you forgot the Pinacosaurus (Im not sure if i said the name correctly)
You spelled it right :)
Or minmi the smallest land ankylosaurid the smallest ankylosaurid is lianingosaurus its a amphibian it can eat possibly fish and it was the size of probably a toy car
1:23 Url and 2:04 fully grown Spike
You forgot sauropelta mister
Edmontonia is bigger than Euplocephalus....ok....i thought it was in reverse...cuz of a dinosaur game....in roblox....🙎🙎🙎
Si Tiene Sudamérica Chile Stegourus Elengassen Años 😱
Idk if someone's already done a study on it, or if it's obvious, but it would be interesting to know why did early members of thyreophora (such as Scelidosaurus) have an "ankylosaurus" look, then evolve into Stegosauria to dominate the Jurassic, to then "come back" to Ankylosauria during the Cretaceous.
You forgot Pinacosaurus
you forgot dravidasaurus
Hesperosaurus it's stegosaurus,and gastonia it's nodosaurus. 😎👍
That’s not what borealpelta looked like
Where is jakapil??
This video were made 2 years ago before Jakapil discovered
1:50 ankylosaurus should be bigger than a human because tarchia is also bigger than a human
Where tarchia
blud thinks hes a spinosaurid 0:27
Adratiklit 7,5metre
i, bet to..... stegosurus is kentrosurus 😁😁😁
You misspelled Euoplocephalus into Euplocephalus
@@MarioLanzas. Muchas gracias por responder, me fascina tu trabajo. Saludos!
Stegosaurus necks looks...short compared with his body (I do not say that because your drawart).
Just hope none of them destroy you with their tail
