Even if I love Klaus, I want to see him sacrifice himself for his daughter, it would be the perfect ending for him and a redemption. All his life, he wanted to have the love of his parents but they never did enough for him (and the others Mikaelson except Freya with their father and Finn with their mother), Ik he could stay with Hope and keep been a good man but as much as I love Klaus, I still can't forget how bad and terrible he was, he destroyed many peoples so in my eyes, the perfect ending of TO would be the death of Klaus but also Elijah (so should have been TVD with Stefan and Damon), I always see all the Originals dying at the end but Kol and Freya can't die + Rebekah storyline is so complicated since season 3 so...
I personally think his willingness to sacrifice himself for his daughter shows his redemption enough. I think he has missed out on so much of Hope's life already he needs to continue to be her father. Especially since she only just lost her mother. To me all the characters have done bad and terrible things so that's not a factor in my opinion. Also as a Klaroliner I have been waiting years for them to finally get together, so I want that to happen.
I totally agree with Jess K. Klaus needs his happy ending (I'm a Klaroliners, of course I want them) because Caroline already pulls out the good side of Klaus (him wanting to sacrifice himself for his daughter). And I literally crying for this episode.

Along with the series, I'll always miss your vids of that kind. It's a vital part of the ritual. I'm fully enjoying them while they last and I'll definitely binge-watch them many times. I have countless things to say, yet nothing sums up my excitement, agony and sadness. This episode brought me tears, the ship we loved in S3-4 of TVD, this dynamic is back, stronger and bigger. The almost-kiss was their peak. It's obvious that both of them feel a lot of things but timing messes up everything. Caroline's attitude towards him is so different, finally totally positive, she's afraid of losing him. I refuse to believe Klaus will die, that's unacceptable. I started watching TVD because of him, I was stunned by his looks, accent and acting, I loved Klaus from the very first second (I watched him saving her on her bday and I had to know the whole story). Anyway, I loved every bit of their scenes in 5x12, the acting was amazing, Joseph's expressions and gaze were the ones he saves only for the KC storyline. I'll miss all of it. Sorry for always writing too much, but you, your channel and viewers have been keeping me the best company all these years (for me, it's been five years). That's how I feel.
