Great walk. I like the untidy and rocky green area around the lone-standing tower. It was like a little discovery. Another thing that I like in winters is the pale and mild sunlight feel on my skin. It's ethereal. Can't wait for tomorrow's walk.
Oh this is where we stay when we are there in Sweden, in one of those blue buildings, there is a nice park called Haga Park near there and it’s so beautiful, love from Grenada, Leisha
@@letswalkaroundstockholm can you look up our beautiful county Grenada, West Indies and see how beautiful it is, you will be amazed by our very own Grand Anse beach
Interesting seeing yet another different district. I believe those communal gardens that you passed near the start of the video are what we call allotments; plots of land rented to local people to grow their own vegetables etc. I saw allotments from the train between Åkersberga and Stockholms Östra. Are they very popular in Sweden?
a cup of coffee flew in .. it used to happen to me .. when I was riding my bike from work, a small bottle of about 2 dl would fly in, it almost missed my head .. fools seem to be a universal phenomenon
Wonderful videos! The best part of my online experience during a typical day! I watch at least 2, often 4+, of your videos per day, after I discovered your channel around early December (2021). I have some serious catching up to do. Hopefully by mid February (2022) I will be watching every new video on a current basis. Could you please make a video about Huvudsta Centrum, located right on top of tunnelbana station Huvudsta? And please show at least an exterior view of 1 or more neighbouring newly-built or recently-renovated apartment buildings. I actually lived there for several weeks at a time, in autumn 2011 as well as a year later, in autumn 2012. At 64 Storgatan, to be precise. I plan to buy an apartment at or near that address in 2023, and subsequently to move to Solna permanently. For several years already, Sweden has been my favourite choice for where to live. I very much look forward to becoming a fulltime resident and eventually citizen of Sweden. For your curiosity, I might also mention that Canada is my 2nd favourite country. In fact, I have lived there for almost 2/3 of my life (thus far).
thanks, brother, nice video! plz brother, provide the video of fittja and Sätra in Stockholm and ultana -slu campus, Uppsala university in Uppsala bcoz many beautiful memories there when I was in Sweden.
I try to guess "Ej vinterunderhåll": I suppose that it literally means "no winter entertainment". It could mean that you are not allowed to stay at that place because during winter it can be dangerous due to ice and so on.
Confusingly, "underhållning" is entertainment but "underhåll" is maintanence (and alimony). "Att underhålla" can be either to maintain or to entertain (but not to pay alimony).
Thanks for the great walk. Ya not a big fan of high-rise buildings. You don't build relationships w neighbours. Gets crowded which usually means more regulation. In Singapore, we mostly have high-rise buildings hahahah
*soviet national anthem* Seriously tho, I don’t really mind them when they’re kept in shape. And I’m guessing they’re way more expansive than what you think.
You've been adding about 300 subscribers every week lately. That's a pretty decent ratio for your content. I don't know if RUclips sends you a plaque after 10,000 subscribers? Or is it 25,000? Well, anyway, I think after you started talking in your videos your subscriber count started going up because it sets you apart from other people who film in Stockholm and Sweden
In Stockholm all places are safe during the day and early evening. But in late night (after 11pm) unfortunately you gotta be careful. But that's similar in all big cities I guess
@@letswalkaroundstockholm thank you! I asked just because I heard this specific area has somewhat of a bad reputation, but I guess it's no different than other areas in terms of safety :)
@@letswalkaroundstockholm it's nice to hear about some actual experience instead of having to rely on stereotypes. Thank you for your replies to my sometimes misinformed questions 😂 I really appreciate :)
more like a resident evil vibe .. where would you buy yourself an apartment, a house, if you had as you said in one about previous videos 1.2 mil + eur today, in your pocket? .. best regards
In your videos we can see the seasons changes step by step. It's so beautiful and relaxing...
Thanks a lot, Daniel...
Tack för din historia- och dina minnen. Intressant sträcka.
Tack så mycket Bonnie!
The houses look like in my hometown of Munich Klinikum-Großhadern.

Omg when you started the video my house is there

Yes exactly. They are everywhere in every suburb. Yes very popular especially with elderly people.
Enjoyed that video all the way from the Caribbean island of Grenada, Really look forward to your vids😄
4:52 is this near Huvudstalundsvägen? i would really like to know about that place more... was born there but i moved to finland as a baby...

yes so strange!
Very true! Fools are everywhere! No country in the world has a monopoly on these antisocial elements.
Blåkulla is also the name of the place to where witches fly to party. The name originally probably from german "Blocksberg" of similar mythology.
This is really nice video.👏
Thank you! 😃
Big two buildings are typical signs of solna.
What do you think about to move in there??
Sweden good

Allowed yes, but warning about no salt or snow removal.

gloomy clouds
The sign says there will be no winter preperations.
you can slip on the ice ...?
Maybe the sign means beware of manholes in winter?😅🙊 I have only visited Mall of Scandinavia in Solna.😃
haha could be.
No snow removal and no sand

Yes I think that aswell. It becomes more personal. Not sure about the plague actually
I agree. I like the interaction, and the live chats are entertaining too. I get bored with videos on other channels that don't offer personal input.
Hello.. like to see some nights walk...
Can I ask you if Hagalund has become a safer area recently to live in and if it would be safe for a woman to live there alone?
In Stockholm all places are safe during the day and early evening. But in late night (after 11pm) unfortunately you gotta be careful. But that's similar in all big cities I guess
