There is still 3 fundamental flaws to your game: 1. Bison seems invincible, no matter how big or small the opponent hits him, he doesn't take any damage at all, the life Bar is always full. That doesn't happen in the real SF 2. 2. The Players can start moving before the timer starts counting. 3. The 2nd bonus stage where the barrels are falling. When you jump so close to the barrels you are not supposed to still be able to punch them, in the real SF 2, you get hit and knocked over immediately.
