- Are we wise or foolish? Psalms 1:1-3, The wise do not align with the mockers! The wicked do! The ones who delight in the Lord are like fruit-bearing trees along the riverbank. In Revelations 22:1-2, a vision of Heaven, complete with the Tree of Life, bearing fruit, along a crystal river flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb. Rev. 21:21, tells there will be 12 gates made of pearls and streets of pure gold, like glass. Psalms 1:4-6, The wicked will be condemned at the time of judgement, and they have no place amongst the Godly. In Rev. 21:26, nothing evil will be allowed to pass through those pearly gates, those who practices idolatry and dishonesty. Only those whose name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life will enter heaven's gates. So are you wise or foolish?
If there is one sermon everyone should listen to, it is this one, • Video ~ by Pastor Loran Livingston, from Central Church of God, in Charlotte, NC. He has recently gone viral with a short clip of a sermon, but this one, with the theme, "How far behind are you following," is a perfect message for each person to hear, especially a Christian! I encourage you to listen and, perhaps listen again. I am keeping this one on speed-dial!
Would you like to share His Gospel with others? Then I will eagerly support and encourage you! Start by praying and see where you go! Revelations 3:7b, What God opens, no man can shut, and what God closes, no man can open! When we are standing before such a mighty God as this, and His Holy Spirit will be with us, guiding and directing us, we will not fail! Harvesting for God can simply be reading His Holy Word and/or offering personal experiences or wisdom you have learned and earned through your life. Or it could be as creative and imaginative as God sends you ~ maybe even a garage band creating "Garage Gospel"! Remember, benefits are out of this world, in paradise! God bless you, my friend!

Oh boy, I am saddened by the way nature takes its course ~ hurts me to the core! I can't even kill a bug hardly, so this cuts deep with me. I know it is nature and all that, but still, I just can't think about it. God be with the remaining ones to protect them ~ please!!! We all need to work on not sinning, every single day, Norm! You are doing fine ~ you have the Joy in your heart, and God is working on us all every day, making us better people and fitting us for heaven! Doing wonderful since you came on. I love the sound of your verse. I love this morning devotion. I was listening to Daniel today. It is such a great book. Being like Daniel. Completely dependent on God. Even though he faced death, God saved Daniel. The King had to be taught that he was NOT greater than God. God gave the broken Israel to these folks. We will not need healing when we are with God. The healing of the nations will be those born after the trib and during the thousand year reign of Jesus. He will literally sit on the throne of David.
I always laugh a little when I first heard the gates would be made from gigantic pearls. Now it could be something they thought looked like pearls or it is how pearls grow in His Kingdom. I just wonder how big the oyster produced those pearls!!! We are blessedly going to have heat in the 90's today. Guys pull out the sweaters it is going under 100. LOL

About those pearls, I wonder the same thing! Today I had a new thought about that ~ what if the gates are so small? What if there is no need for a "real traditional" gate, just a Godly, heavenly gate! It could potentially just be very fancy, like a pendant or even better. One thing is for sure, we will love seeing it! Thank you for sharing the Gospel with me and for your always supportive and kind words! I sure made a lot of bloopers today ~ but I figured y'all would understand just like Jesus probably does. It did show me I need to be better prepared. When we come in from Fayetteville, it is hard for me to focus and get it done right. I'll have to work on this better! Oh I'm so glad you get a breather from the heat! Yes! Get out the sweaters! We will be cooler, too, about 68 tonight. I am sure it won't last, but God is in control and didn't He say he would flip the seasons in the last days? We are waiting expectantly, Lord!
