I thought you are going to talk about Taif rose too :) I was born in Taif it is a mountain city and roses are grown very high on the mountains and bloom for very short time end of March where they also have a festival for this occasion. The smell of that rose is sooo DEVINE

I really love these informative videos. This explains why sometimes I hate rose fragrances and think it smells like old ladies and other times I love it and think it smells fresh pretty and feminine.
This video was very interesting. I am certainly a fan of the damask rose, preferring the lighter, fresher scent. I would like to watch similar videos on other typical ingredients in perfumes: jasmine, musk, ambroxan, etc.

Such a helpful video. My favorite rose fragrance got reformulated and is basically a whole new fragrance that isn’t similar at all. So I am on the hunt for a new one and have been struggling probably because I didn’t understand the difference between the types of roses.
