I always like Thai airway it is very good aeroplane and we have a good air port I come from Thailand I always use this air line. food very good and drink it good clean !!!!I love it
Flew round trip on Thai about two weeks ago from Singapore to Bangkok. Those flights were on Thai’s A350. We flew economy and, having booked well in advance, the cost with the same luggage allowance was just a little less than Scoot. But the flight on Thai was much more comfortable and included an in-flight meal that, for airline food, was not bad. It’s not as good as SQ, ANA or JAL, but it’s an airline that offers decent service for the cost.
@@aerovista2100 LOL. Communication was impossible, at least in the weeks leading to the flight. I booked on a third party site, but had the Thai reservation number. I could get into their system with no problem, but I could not change anything, nor could I enter our frequent flyer mileage number from Singapore Airlines. I tried calling the US office supposedly in LAX, but it was never open. Agents at both Changi and Bangkok were very nice, but, man, the rest of the customer service people are pretty much non-existent.
@@stevenelson3515 You are totally right man, if you were to encounter any issues good luck with that, now! But if you already at the airport it's a different story I once check in and they assigned me aisle seat but I would like to have a window seat I asked her to change my seat if it possible she was very apologetic ( it is not her fault I just made a request) and issue me a new ticket in no time. And also you will never be too late for Thai they will literally escort you to the plane by whatever means to get you fly.
@@aerovista2100 Weren't the cabin crew supposed to be wearing Thai traditional outfits like the one in the safety video? Anyways I really enjoyed this video. I love how you included footage from the airport. Really made me soak up the 'travel ambiance' :)
@@funpeople4113 As I am aware of (please don't quote me on this) the uniform you saw is a "service uniform" cabin crew will change from traditional greeting attire to to those before commencing food service. Since on this flight the travel time is quite short there would be impractical to change outfits so they just wear that the entire flight, also this is the case for other routes KUL, TPE, HKG, DAC etc.

Totally agree the crew is nice and service overall is decent but they lost it in the details really cleanliness, communication etc.

How come the cabin crew not wearing traditional Thai uniform?
It's on a short flight so they usually wear a service uniform not traditional Thai uniform.
