The developer is Virtualcol (same dev as previous models) but it's sold on Aerosoft site also. I have the previous model 190/195 but i got it not long ago after the updates. I found it to be a nice small airliner and most all of it works now. I think this E2 version is very similar but i don't know what the difference is between a base 190 and the E2. As you mention, cockpit textures could be better, but the cockpit model itself is quite accurate compared to photos of the real thing.
I love the way they made it sound sound super realistic.
Is it worth buying?
Maybe for 10 dollars.
It is a fact that the regional planes manufactured by Embraer are the best on the planet, 70% of landings and take-offs at London City Airport are on Embraer planes, as they are silent and economical.

it is definitely an improvement since their last release of e jets but still need better texturing on interior and better cockpit in general
Yeah, still needs work but it’s not too bad I don’t know if it’s worth any money yet though maybe 12 bucks at most lol 😂
Beacon lights are put on only before pushback and stayed on until arriving at the gates at your arrival airport. The only time strobe lights are used is when passing any runways and stayed on until landing and only turned off after exiting the runway.

Having flown on this aircraft, the engine howl is apt louder inside the cabin, especially when taxiing
Left engine doesn’t show reverse animation, and cabin does not show in 195 though it is modeled.
As was mentioned Aerosoft has nothing to do with this. And this is one of the few cases where Aerosoft would have done a better job. This Virtualcol model of the E2 is basically a 3d model of the plane combined with assorted default avionics from MSFS. It is really very bad and hopefully sacrifices like yours will help people stay away from such products. Unless of course you only care about the external model, then this is as fine as CaptainSim's stuff.
Yeah, I know I’m just a fan of aviation in general thanks for your opinion I appreciate it. I’ve messed up saying Aerosoft you are right they would’ve done a better job for sure. I am not a fan of captain sim , not interested in people who like to cash grab. Just giving my thoughts and opinions of different Aircraft and Flying and sometimes I make mistakes. I got a chance to play this playing again it’s pretty good I don’t know his necessarily worth $17.00 dollars but maybe 10 it’s a 3 star ⭐️ plane in my opinion.

I have bought this aircraft and I have the same issue with the bounce on landing!
These videos helped me a lot with my purchases. Me dealing with Bredok3D’s 737 Max ruined my experience with the game. At the end of the day, I want to know if the plane can fly properly, if it will crash my game, and does it look close to the real thing. It’s a video game at the end of the day. And (unfortunately in 2024) video games aren’t perfect. If I wanted a real simulation, I will go to pilot school.

This plane is glitched for me, it doesn’t turn right when I’m taxiing. Anyone else have this problem or is it just me? Lol
I don’t know I’m could be something with your flight controls set up. Haven’t had this problem I’m not 100% sure I would say try to look into your flight controls in the game and see if there’s any setting that’s all or try to re-download the airplane it might help.

The only thing good in this aircraft is the price. This aircraft can only be good for you if you are a casual simmer. Any simmer than want to go any further than flying from A to B with a very simple cockpit and reused avionics from a B787, would not fly this.

6 Months later would you say this plane has gotten any better?
I probably haven’t flown in six months. I’ll have to fly it and give it a try. I don’t think there’s any updates though.

If you can go to bunker squadron on discord, those guys will definitely know more about Xbox. Also pilot 0083 is really good. I’m not 100% sure. I never really fly on xbox

I think I read MSFS has a user base near 12 million, could be wrong. Goes to show there is a huge void in MSFS where not everyone wants another a320 or 737 or 30-50 year old obsolete planes. Oddly there is no decent CRJ-200 though the skies are still full of them, no A220, or no quality E series 2 and these guys saw an opportunity to cash in on that. Good for them but the FS2004 visual quality, unrealistic flight models, and lack of depth makes any Virtualcol product a no go for me. I suppose I'll just wait a couple more years for the Synaptic a220, if it even materializes, or hope that FSS does a Series 2 version of their upcoming E190 which is probably a couple of years off as well. By then perhaps MSFS will be stable, PMDG will finally have an EFB and Fenix may finally have sharklets.
